UNRWA said it has sent text messages calling on displaced Palestinians from Syria in Lebanon to participate in a poll conducted by the Agency about cash aid delivery.
The poll aims to identify the refugees’ satisfaction with cash aid transfers through LibanPost and the behaviour of UNRWA staff workers.
Over recent months, Palestinian refugees have denounced the mistreatment they have been subjected by the staff of Liban Post.
