Shootouts have rocked the outskirts of Deraa Camp for Palestinian refugees as clashes flared up between affiliates of the so-called gunmen Muayad AlHarfoush and Abu Shalash.
Two deaths have been reported. The exact number of victims remains unknown.
The clashes came following the abduction of a Syrian resident of Deraa Camp who confessed in a live footage to his affiliation with Muayad AlHarfoush and involvement in assassinations targeting residents of Deraa Camp.
In a video, the captive said AlHarfoush affiliates are involved in the assassination of a Palestinian from Deraa Camp and the assassination of another Palestinian man called Sami AlMesri.
