Violent clashes broke out in the Yarmouk camp South of the Syrian capital, Damascus, between Palestinian armed groups and ISIS alongside Al-Nusra Front, where confrontations centered at Al Habeeb Al Mustafa mosque, the court area, and Al Rija Square. The clashes coincided with a number of mortar shells that targeted the camp without any injuries, while ISIS still impose its control over about 60% of neighborhoods and lanes of Yarmouk.
Mean while, the Syrian regular army and PFGC groups impose a strict siege on the Yarmouk camp for 710 days respectively, while ISIS storming has aggravated the deteriorating humanitarian situation inside the camp.
