The municipality of the Husainiya Camp for Palestinian refugees, in Rif Dimashq, has started works to rehabilitate the sanitation network, which has been affected by the precarious weather conditions during winter.
Municipality staff have also carried out maintenance works to repair the power network.
Residents of the nearby AlSabina refugee camp, in Rif Dimashq, also met with Rif Dimashq’s governor to speak out against the poor infrastructure, power crisis, and absence of vital services in the area.
The governor pledged to make serious efforts in order to enhance civilians’ access to basic services and rehabilitate infrastructure at the earliest possible time.
