A power generator installed near Khalil AlRahman Mosque, in AlHusainiya Camp for Palestinian refugees, was stolen by anonymous thieves, exacerbating the power crisis in the area.
A resident slammed the emergency authorities at the Power Company, saying they are the only party that can install/ uninstall a power generator weighing dozens of kilograms.
Over recent months, the residents urged the local authorities to carry out the necessary maintenance works and rehabilitate the power network in the camp after power cables have repeatedly been stolen from the alleyways in AlHusainiya refugee camp.
