Turkey: Arresting a Number of Palestinian Refugees while Trying to Reach Europe

Activists confirmed to the AGPS that the Turkish authorities continue to detain about 50 Palestinian refugees in a stadium at Izmir for the second day respectively.

Activists added that the Turkish authorities arrested the 50 refugees while trying to reach Greece from the Turkish coast.

Moreover, the activists transfer the suffering of the detainees, where there are a number of women and children among them, where the stadium lacks to the basic needs such as medical care and blankets, demanding at the same time to release them as soon as possible.
