Palestinian refugee Mohamed Majd Shaaban Abdullah won the karate contest and was selected to join the Syrian national team.
Mohamed Majdi, born on April 05, 2005 in Yarmouk Camp for Palestinian refugees, south of Damascus, won the gold medal in inpidual and collective fighting (18kgs).
