AGPS Takes Part in Humanitarian Communication Course

AGPS media chief Fayez Abu Eid participated in a training course on communication in humanitarian organizations, held by the Palestinian Return Centre (PRC) in London, in partnership with Al Jazeera Media Institute.

The course was delivered via Zoom by journalist Ahmed Abu Hamad, from Al Jazeera Media Institute.

The two-day course (June 26-27) aims to raise awareness about the importance of communication for humanitarian organizations and NGOs and the best strategies to enhance communication skills, administer social media platforms, manage crises, and master the techniques of proactive and interactive communication.

The course falls in line with the ‘’Ambassadors of Return" program launched by PRC since 2013 in countries hosting Palestinian refugees in order to boost media coverage of Palestinian refugees and their inalienable right of return to their homeland.
