Tens of residents of the Yarmouk refugee camp south of Damascus carried out solidarity demonstrations with Deraa and Khan AL Shieh camps which are being subjected to frequent shelling with missiles and explosive barrels. Residents of Yarmouk expressed their solidarity with the family of the child Muneir Hajeina who died by a gun shot in Beirut during a funeral of a member of the Lebanese Hezbollah.
A state of quietness prevailed among the camp since of the beginning of the Holy month of Ramadan, while the humanitarian situation is deteriorating due to the stoppage of entering food aid and the continuous cut of power and water for several months all over the camp.
