Calm has been restored in southern Syria after the end of clashes between local armed groups and ISIS militias in AlSadd neighborhood, in Deraa.
A number of Palestinian refugee families who fled the adjacent Deraa Camp and AlSadd returned to their houses in the area.
Local sources said several dead bodies covered with dust have been spotted in the area.
At least 45 Palestinian families, including 15 from Deraa Camp, fled to neighboring areas as violence went unabated last week.
