AGPS has documented the death of 89 Palestinian refugees as they crossed Syrian borders by land or by sea.
The list includes 16 refugees who died in Egypt, 18 in Lebanon, 17 in Libya, 8 in Greece, 12 in Turkey, 6 in Malta, 3 in Palestine, 3 in Italy, 3 in Germany, 1 in Sweden, 1 in Cyprus, and another in Macedonia.
