AGPS has documented the death of 34 Palestinian refugees in Syria in 2022 until January 2023.
The list includes nine Palestinians who were pronounced dead in 2022. 13 refugees drowned at sea and another died on the migration route.
At the same time, three Palestinians were assassinated, three were extra-judicially executed, three were gunned down and one refugee died under shelling. Another person was killed in a land mine blast.
So far, AGPS has documented the death of 4,147 Palestinian refugees in/from war-torn Syria since the conflict outbreak in 2011.
