An elderly man from the Yarmouk camp went missing under mysterious circumstances

The family of Mr. Hussein Ibrahim Halawa (Abu Khaled), residing in the Dummar al-Balad area and one of the residents of the Yarmouk refugee camp for Palestinians south of the capital Damascus, continues to search for him after he went missing under mysterious circumstances. Mr. Hussein, who is over eighty years old, left his home two days ago and has not returned yet.

Despite the efforts made by the family, including communication with security authorities and hospitals, and visiting public places, no trace of him has been found so far.

According to activists from the Yarmouk camp, the incident involving the disappearance of Mr. Hussein occurred on Sunday, November 16, 2024.

The family of the missing person appeals to anyone who has information that could help in finding him to contact the following number: 0933885148
