The regular army and the Palestinian groups loyal to it continue to prevent the residents of Al Husseneia and Sbeina camps to return back to their houses, without clear reasons, while the Syrian regular army is completely controling those camps after violent clashes that broke out between the regular army alongside with some Palestinian factions loyal to it and groups of the free army, while these clashes ended up with the full control of the regular army at Al Husseneia camp since October 2013, and Al Sbeina camp since November 2013.
The activities that demand the return of the two camps' residents are still continuing, as it was mentioned that the residents of the two camps were distributed on the camps and the adjacent towns, which increased the economic burdens, especially after raising the houses rents and the spread of unemployment.
