"Bilal Sakka," a member of the Pro-Syrian Regime Palestinian national defense, died as a result of clashes that broke out in Palestine Street in Yarmouk between ISIS alongside Nusra and the pro-Syrian Regime Palestinian Factions.
Clashes brought the number of the pro-Syrian Regime Palestinian factions' victims who have died since the beginning of July to 13 victims.
