Syrian Security Forces Continue Detaining Hundreds of Palestinian Refugees and still Vague about their Fate

The Syrian security forces continue to detain more than (966) Palestinian Syrian refugees, including children, women, elderly, brothers, fathers, sons, young people, and entire families, while hundreds of them died due to torture.

Detainees distribute on all areas of the Syrian and refugee camps, where the largest number of detainees at Al Aedein camp. 179 detainees were documented; 126 in the Yarmouk refugee camp, 98 in Khan Al Shieh camp in Damascus suburb, 83 in Neirab camp in Aleppo, 78 in Alraml camp in Latakia, and 52 in Al Aedein camp in Hama.

Meanwhile, dozens of refugees were distributed in the rest camps, yet the Syrian security services still vague about their fate, as well as their families for fear of their lives.

The detainees were subjected to all kinds of torture, which killed 414 Palestinian refugees, (77) of them were identified through the leaked images of torture victims.

It is worth mentioning that testimonies of released detainees from Syrian prisons confirm the presence of babies at the Syrian security branches.
