On September 9, 2015, the Syrian security forces arrested both of the Palestinian refugees, "Mohamed Orabi," in the third decade of life and from the residents of the city of Acre in Palestine and refugee "Hesham Mohamed Qatoos ", in fifth decade of age and a resident of the city of Acre in Palestine, while traveling to Turkey through the city of Hama.
