Italy Hosts Five Children from Yarmouk Camp for Treatment and Carries them with a Helicopter from Lebanon

The Italian Foreign Ministry announced hosting five sick children of Palestinian refugees from the residents of the Yarmouk camp in Syria for treatment and the Foreign Ministry said in a press release the day before yesterday that the five children are suffering from serious and chronic diseases and will be treated in Italian hospitals. In addition, it stressed that the five children and their families are currently in Rome city in the specialized hospitals and receiving the medical procedures for their treatment while the Italian Ministry of Health pledged to provide material support and all the expenses of treatment of the five children traveling with their parents and stay in Italy.

 Italian Foreign Ministry added that there was a cooperation between the ministry of health and Defense in Italy, the Embassy of Italy in Lebanon, UNRWA, and the Italian institution 'Kim' to bring up five children from Syria to Lebanon then to Italy by an Italian military plane.
