Activists confirmed to the AGPS that the refugee Mahmoud Abdulkareim died due to torture in the prisons of the Syrian Regime after being arrested by members of Jaramana checkpoint. He was detained at Sidnaya prison for about 14 months.
According to the activists, the Syrian security informed his family by a phone call that their son is dead and his body will be delivered in two days, in condition not to make funeral.
