The AGPS issued a documentary report titled "Statistics of the Palestinian victims till the end of September 2015. The report documents 3031 Palestinian Syrian refugee victims who have died for direct reasons such as shelling, clashes, torture in detention centers, explosions, and siege, and indirect causes such as sinking during attempts to reach Europe via what has become known as the "death boats".
The report indicates that 1688 victims were distributed on all Palestinian refugee camps in Syria, Daraa in the south, passing through Khan Dannon, Khan Al Shieh, Sayeda Zeinab, Yarmouk, Jaramana, Sbeineh, Husseini, Al Aedein in Homs, Al Aedein in Hama, Al Raml, Hndaratand Neirab in the north, in addition to 1274 victims died outside camps in various Syrian cities, in addition to 69 others died outside Syria.
The report also documents 69 victims in Yarmouk died after ISIS stormed the camp since the beginning of April 2015.
The AGPS pointed out that its report concerns of documenting the statistics of the Palestinian victims in Syria since the beginning of events until the end of September 2015, and it is not interested identifying the actual doer.
