UNRWA Distributes Financial Aid to Palestinian Refugees in Syria

UNRWA began distributing financial aid for the third session of 2015 for Palestinian refugees in Syria, starting from 18/10/2015 till 12/03/2015.

Each family member of the normal cases get an amount of 18,500 SP, and the families registered as difficult situation given 28000 SP per capita, as\ "UNRWA" to conduct the process of inpidual data auditing for Palestinian refugee living in Syria who did not take the previous session.

The agency said that the aim of this procedure is to make sure that all beneficiaries are present in Syria, and to update the data of families beneficiary from financial assistance in Syria, and that this process does not affect in any way the registration of Palestinian refugees or their situation in Syria.

It is noteworthy that the Palestinian refugees in Syria live in difficult and tragic situations in light of displacement, high prices, widespread unemployment, and rising house rent, in addition to arrests and casualties caused by the ongoing conflict.
