Residents of Khan Dannon Camp Complain of Relief and Basic Services Absence

In Damascus suburb, resentment and discontent spreads among the people of Khan Dannon camp because of the neglection of UNRWA, the Syrian government agencies, and the pro-regime Palestinian factions in regard with relief works.

Residents of the camp are suffering from relief absence under difficult economic conditions they live due to the lack of charitable associations or civil work committees as a result of security restrictions by the regime forces, in addition to the arrest campaigns of several relief activists.

Those committees were forced to stop working to preserve the lives of its activists.

Residents of this camp, which is the poorest among the Palestinian refugee camps in Syria, are still rely on financial and relief assistance provided by UNRWA from time to time.
