The Syrian security forces continue detaining approximately 1,000 Palestinian refugees in the prisons, including children, women, elderly, brothers, fathers, sons, and entire families.
Hundreds of them died due to torture, while the fate of the rest was not revealed, while some released detainees confirmed the presence of babies in the Syrian security branches. The AGPS documented 990 Palestinian detainees in the Syrian prisons, including 61 Palestinian refugees their fate is unknown, as it documented the names of 422 victims have died under torture.
