Monitoring and documentation team of the AGPS announced that it documented, till today, the death of 2600 Palestinian victims were killed during the ongoing war in Syria, while the AGPS confirmed that 159 Palestinian victims died due to the strict siege imposed by the regular army and the PFGC groups at the Yarmouk camp, as 286 others were killed due to torture in the Syrian regime prisons.
