Evacuation Two Pationts from Yarmouk Camp to Get Treatment in Damascus Hospitals

In Damascus, the Emergency Medical Services Team in the National Committee for Palestinians of Syria Relief inside the Yarmouk camp in Cooperation with the PRCS evacuated two ladies on 19 November 2015, they are; Nabela Khalil Khattab , who was born in 1966, had a brain bleeding caused hemiplegia and the elder Wasfeyya Awad Mefleh, who was born in 1942, in order to get treatment at Yafa hospital in Damascus.

The remaining 3 to 5 thousands residents of Yarmouk camp still suffer from severe shortage in the medical services due to the continuation of the strict siege imposed by the Regular Army and the PFGC that prevents the entry of medicine and drugs needed for the diseases but very few and for long periods, where the toll of the siege victims raised to 184 victims died due to hunger and lack of medical care.
