Syrian security forces keep three Palestinian brothers under arrest for three years, even though two of them surrendered themselves after the PGLP-GC promised to settle their security situation with the Syrian regime's security.
"Samir Al-Bernawi" born in 1975, under arrest since 09.20.2012, a former commander of one of the armed opposition groups in Al-Tadamon area near Yarmouk camp, and "Fadi Al-Bernawi" born in 1976, under arrest since 09.20.2012, both were handed over to the Syrian regime's forces by PFLP-GC members after false promises to settle their security file along with their brother "Shady Al-Bernawi" born in 1981 and under arrest since October 2012.
It is noteworthy that the Syrian security forces had arrested a lot of Palestinian families including women and children who remained unaccounted for until this moment, while many of them were tortured to death and some were documented like the three brothers from "Hamdan" family from Yarmouk camp, and the three sisters of "Saad Eddin" family from Al-Raml camp who were tortured to death in March 2015.
The AGPS has documented 1015 Palestinian prisoners in the prisons of the Syrian regime who are still unaccounted for, and 426 at least were tortured to death including women and elderlies.
