In Turkey, official sources assured that Turkish coastguards rescued, last Wednesday, a boat carrying 208 migrants while they were crossing to the Greek islands in Aegean Sea. Anadolu Agency (AA) said that coastguards received calls to help a boat carrying refugees, some of them are children and women, on the verge of drowning off Ayden province, south west Turkey. The area is still affected by a deep trough. However, the danger of using small boats to cross the huge waves is absolutely fatal.
