Statistics of the AGPS pointed that 37.30% of the Palestinian victims during the second half of 2015 were from the military, (66) Palestinian victims were killed during the fight between the regime and the armed opposition as follows: (59) pro-regime victims and (8) pro-opposition victims.
The monitoring and documentation team in the AGPS mentioned the following details: (7) of the refugees were killed while fighting alongside the Syrian armed opposition forces, (19) refugees were killed during fighting alongside the Syrian regime, (13) victims belong to the PFLP-GC, (16) are conscripted in Palestinian Liberation Army PLA, (9) others belong to Al-Quds Brigade, and two from Fatah al-Intifada movement.
The AGPS has documented more than (3097) Palestinian-Syrians who were killed during the war in Syria so far.
