The districts around Dara'a camp of Palestinian refugees has been subjected to heavy artillery shelling by the Syrian regime. These events coincided with clashes between the opposition groups and the pro-Assad fighters. It is noteworthy that this area, inhabited by Palestinians and displaced Syrians from Golan, is one of hotspots in south Syria. The camp in Dara'a is already destroyed by 70%, and the rest of inhabitants are still under severe living conditions. In the same context, the refugees are suffering from the constant water cut for the sixth month. Electricity also had been cut for 20 hours daily, and sometimes the cut lasts for few days. Damages in the water and electricity sector led to failure in the telephoning network.
