The second victim from PLA was announced dead within the last 48 hours. The lieutenant, Samer Hasan, has killed in Shiekh-Meskeen in Dara'a during the violent fighting between Assad forces and the Syrian opposition's groups. Yesterday, Ebraheem Jumaa announced the first death of PLA in the area. AGPS had revealed few days earlier that units from PLA moved to a very hotspot of Shiekh-Meskeen upon orders from Assad regime.
