In the middle of Syria in Homs, the Red Crescent launched a health awareness campaign in Alayedeen camp against the Seasonal Flu in UNRWA schools. The campaign started in Albarwa School is meant to be extended to all other schools in the camp later. In their turn, volunteers of the Red Crescent provided advices and guidelines to the students concerning how to prevent diseases through personal hygiene. They distributed leaflets to people in the camp in order to prevent Swine flu (H1N1).
