Monitoring and documentation team in the AGPS noted that 70 refugees died outside Syria until the end of 2015, including (15) refugees in Egypt, (12) in Lebanon, (10) for the refugees in Libya, (8) others in Greece, (8) in Turkey, (6) in Malta, (3) others in Palestine, (3) in Italy, (2) victims in Germany, (1) refugees in Sweden, (1) in Cyprus and (1) in Macedonia.
