In Lebanon, the family of Palestinian refugee "Khaled Abdelhadi" appealed all relief organisations, PLO, UNRWA and Red Cross committee to extend help for its son after his hand had been broken as he slipped on the icy street. The child was moved to Jesus hospital in Beirut where he has been undergone to a surgery cost $8000.
The destitute family called the organisations for assistance after it failed of securing the cost amid fears from detaining the patient in the hospital.
