The family of the Palestinian refugee "Ahmed Hussein Khalid" appealed to the international and human rights organizations as well as to the Palestinian Embassy in Lebanon, to intervene to prevent his deportation to Syria. The Lebanese authorities started deporting him after he was forcibly returned from Sudan to Lebanon. His family and Palestinian activists warned that this deportation to Syria poses a major threats to his life, knowing that he was on his way to the Al-Masnaa Border Point, accompanied by Lebanese security.
It is noteworthy that this is not the first time the Lebanese authorities deport Palestinian refugees to Syria, the last of which was in the 09 November 2015, when the Lebanese authorities deported two PRS brothers "Tariq Nidal al-Khatib," and "Izzo Nidal Khatib" to Syria, after their arrival at Rafik Al-Hariri Airport in Beirut coming from Turkey.
