In Damascus Countryside, UNRWA has distributed its food assistance to Al-Yarmouk camp residents who were displaced to Yalda Town, noting that the agency had stopped distributing aid inside the camp since April 2015 under the pretext of “unsecure conditions for its staff” following ISIL’s break into the camp and the continuous clashes between opposition and regime’s forces.
In the same context, as part of “Rajieen 3” project, Jafra foundation also distributed its food parcels to Al-Yarmouk residents in Yalda, where the relief committee has finished, recently, the population census.
