After He Was Announced Dead; Ukrainian Organization Founds the Palestinian Baby Alive in a Turkish Orphanage

“Shield” Organization on protection of rights and freedoms of citizens in Ukraine, assured that the Palestinian baby “Jaafar Azzouz” was found alive in an orphanage in Silopi region in Turkey, and it will be working on sending him back to his remaining relatives after he lost his parents “Aaminah Saleh” and “Imad Azzouz” who were shot dead while crossing the Turkish borders on 14 February 2016.

 “Ukraine in Arabic” News website reported about two meetings brought together both Dr. Saleh Daher the “Shield” director and his senior advisor Mr. Matiakin with Mr. Jemil Ufuk Turgul the Turkish General Consulate in Odessa concerning this issue.

On 16 March 2016 during the second meeting, the Turkish Consulate asked for Legal power of attorney from the child’s family to start the process of delivering, according to “Sheild”.

It is noteworthy that the General Assembly for Palestinian Refugees of Syrian Interim Government had mentioned, previously, receiving confirmation from Turkish Authorities about the child’s death and burial occurrence.
