In Homs City, residents of Al-Aydeen Camp complain about the choking and abusive practices of the regime’s forces against them, all roads and entrances to the camp were closed except the main entrance. Sand berms and concrete barriers have been installed between the camp and Al-Shammas area, barbed wires between the camp and Damascus road, in addition to the ironic fence that separates the camp from the rest of the surrounding areas.
On its turn, the security forces and its affiliated groups carried out storming and arresting raids, forced the Palestinian youngsters to join the military service, while in other cases evicted tenants and expelled them out of the camp despite holding valid renting contracts.
These security practices have left heavy impact on the daily life of Palestinians inside the camp, prices increased significantly due to the bribes and royalties paid to the soldiers and checkpoints.
