The residents of Khan Dannoun Camp, in Damascus Countryside, complain about the notable increase of robberies number occurring inside the camp recently, the robberies included water pumps, electric parts of cars, and other kinds of properties.
Residents of the camp linked the robberies to the growing role of the pro-regime so-called “Popular Committees” as witnesses said that most of the incidents happens at night during the work time of such committees, while activists said that the Popular Committees are taking advantage of such incidents to push the displaced families to leave the camp.
