Warplanes targeted scattered areas at Khan Al Shieh Camp for Palestinian refugees in Damascus suburb yesterday with a number of missiles. Some missiles did not explode which avoided the residents a potential massacre.
The warplanes also continued targeting the camp till night with a number of missiles and explosive barrels, which resulted in heavy explosions that rocked the camp.
Our correspondent reported that the Syrian Regime's warplanes dropped more than 12 explosive barrels on Sunday night. The barrels targeted the surrounding farms at Damascus western suburb, which resulted in a state of panic among the inhabitants especially the children.
The shelling targeted Al Abaseia area, Al Qusour area, and Al Salam highway, while artillery shelling targeted the eastern vicinity of the camp at Talat Al Mansoura area in Artouz and Talat Al Kabouseia.
He also noted that the Regular Army still targets the only road left for Kahn Al Shieh residents in the western suburb of Damascus with heavy machineguns, while activists and a number of residents warned from the risk of passing through this road where many residents died while passing through it.
