The AGPS issues a Statistical Report about the Palestinian Syrian Victims, Detainees, and Displaced people till March 2016

The AGPS issued a a documentary report entitled "detailed statistics for the Palestinian Syrian victims, detainees, and displaced refugees since March 2011, the beginning of events in Syria, until the end of March 2016. The report was a result of painstaking efforts and was done by the participation of a group of Palestinian activists over the past years since the beginning of the Syrian crisis in order to monitor and document the Palestinian victims, detainees, and missing refugees who were victims of the war in Syria.

The AGPS documented (3191) Palestinian Syrian victims were killed due to direct reasons such as bombing, clashes, torture in the prisons, explosions, and siege, and some others died due to indirect reasons such as sank while trying to reach Europe through the so-called "Death Boats."

The report shows that the proportion of children victims amounted to 6% of the total victims' number equivalent of 200 victims died during March 2011 till 2016. The report documented the detailed statistics of the Palestinian victims who died during the first quarter of 2016.

The report pointed out that 1751 victims were scattered on all Palestinian refugee camps in Syria, Daraa in the south, passing through Khan Dannon, Khan Al Shieh, Al Sayeda Zainab, the Yarmouk, Jaramana, Sbeina, Husseneia, Al Aedein camp in Homs and Hama, Al Raml camp, Handarat and Neirab in the north, as well as the victims who were killed outside their camps in various Syrian cities, and who have died outside Syria. The report documented the extraordinary reasons that led to the death of Palestinian refugees

The report characterized by detailed statistics of Palestinian detainees in prisons, where the AGPS monitoring and documentation team documented 1064 Palestinian detainees in Syrian prisons, as well as places of detention. The report also highlighted the detailed statistics of the displaced Palestinians who fled from their camps and homes to neighboring countries and some European countries rom 2011/2016 and places of their distribution. According to the report, the total number of Palestinian Syrian refugees who have arrived in the EU countries from 2011-2015 has reached 71.206

The AGPS pointed out that the report concerns of documenting statistics of the Palestinian Syrian refugee victims since the beginning of events until the end of March 2016, which is not concerned with determining the actual doer.
