AGPS documentation and monitoring team has documented the names of 81 Palestinian refugees who died outside of Syria, including 15 refugees in Egypt, 21 refugees in Lebanon, 17 refugees in Libya, 8 refugees in Greece, 12 refugees in Turkey, 6 refugees in Malta, 3 refugees in Palestine, 3 refugees in Italy, 1 refugee in Sweden, 1 refugee in Syprus, 1 refugee in Macedonia, and 2 refugees in Germany.
According to the AGPS documented statistics, the number of Palestinian refugees who died till now has reached 3215 victims, some of them died due to direct reasons such as bombing, clashes, torture in the prisons, explosions, and siege, and some others died due to indirect reasons such as sank while trying to reach Europe through the so-called "Death Boats"
