The AGPS Documentation and Monitoring team documented 81 Palestinian Syrian refugees died out of Syria; 15 died in Egypt, 12 died in Lebanon, 17 died in Libya, 8 died in Greece, 12 in Turkey, 6 in Malta, 3 in Palestine, 3 in Italy, a refugee in Sweden, a refugee in Cyprus, a refugee in Macedonia, and 2 victims died in Germany.
It is mentioned that the number of Palestinians of Syria who died has reached 3212 Palestinian victims, according the statistics of AGPS, where the victims died due to direct reasons like bombing, clashes and torture in the prisons and siege and due to indirect reasons like drowning while trying to reach Europe through the so called Death Boats.
