The AGPS confirmed that 407 Palestinian refugees died while fighting alongside the Syrian Regime forces. The AGPS published a statistical report on the beginning of May 2016, which indicated that 158 refugees died while fighting alongside the PLA that obliges every Palestinian refugee who completed 18 years to join to obligatory military service.
Meanwhile, 39 Palestinian member of the PFGC died, in addition to 52 refugees died while fighting alongside the so-called Al Quds brigades, which is an armed group was established in the North of Syria, as it is affiliated with the Syrian Army and fight alongside it in more than area.
24 refugees died while fighting alongside Fatah Al-Intifada, while 80 refugees died while fighting alongside public groups and committees affiliated with the Syrian Security branches.
