ISIS arrested the Palestinian Refugee Bara' Zuheer Abu Edrees, a PLA soldier, during clashes that broke out between the Regular Army alongside the PLA and ISIS north east of Tadmur city. It is referred that the PLA military service is compulsory to the Palestinian refugees in Syria which forced many youth to refuse join the service during the ongoing war in Syria, and preferred to travel to the surrounding countries.
