Sporadic clashes broke out in the Yarmouk camp between ISIS and Nusra. The clashes began early last April, after members of ISIS attacked the headquarters of "Nusra Front" in the Yarmouk refugee camp, and imposed control over a large number of areas controlled by Nusra which contributed to tense situation inside the besieged camp by members of the "regular army" and PF groups, in addition to the deterioration of health conditions inside the camp.
The sporadic clashes are still continuous between ISIS and Nusra till this day, as ISIS tried to completely end the presence of Nusra inside the camp, noting that Nusra members have previously facilitated the entry of ISIS to Yarmouk. ISIS imposed control over large parts of the camp with the help of Nusra members in early April 2015.
