The Palestinian Syrian Student Dalia Adnan Jaber was the First in the DELF French Exam

In France, the Palestinian Refugee Dalia Adnan Jaber, 16 years, was the first among her colleagues in the French DELF exam with total of 95%, where she presented her school among all schools of the area after she enrolled a year late. Dalia received her certificate from the Governor and the Academic Director of Tarn and the higher studies manager in the French DELF.

Dalia Adnan Jaber, who was born in Yarmouk southern of the Syrian capital,  Damascus, her parents are Palestinians and her father is a professor in philosophy and a writer, her mother is a fashion designer. They migrated from Damascus to Turkey then they stayed in Bulgaria with her family till July 2015, where she was obliged to leave Bulgaria with her mother and her little brother on a French plan and settle down in Paris.

Dalia is just like thousands of Palestinian Syrian families who suffered from the war consequences in Syria and became scattered in the world. She suffered from the diaspora of her family between France and Bulgaria. She said that she wants her father, who is a doctor, a writer, and a translator, in Bulgaria to join her in France.

She added that she didn’t see any of her family members 5 years ago, she lost many people, and farewell many friends with tears. She stressed that she wanted to see the positive side of everything. She continued that if there is problem, only the coward who surrenders. Today, Dalia is fluent in many languages and she says that it's not good to be a refugee but it is a good chance to learn many languages.
