al-Quds Brigade includes Palestinian refugees from Neirab and fighters from Hnadarat, the city of Aleppo, and its western and northern suburb, al-Shabah al-Aswad brigade, and al-Qumsan al-Soud. The brigade's headquarter is at Nairab camp, while another branch was opened at Al Raml camp in Lathakia. Maj. Gen. Commander tried opening military branches in the Palestinian camps in Damascus, but the presence of pro- Syrian regime Palestinian groups in Damascus prevented this.
