The Palestinian refugee, Abed Ghanim, from Nairab camp in Aleppo south of Syria, died during the ongoing clashes in the vicinity of Handarat camp between the Regular army alongside Alquds brigades and the armed opposition groups. He is a member of the pro-regime Alquds brigades.
The Pro-regime Alquds brigades lost more than 100 fighters during the last battles at Handarat camp, including Palestinian refugees from Nairab and Handarat camps, in addition to hundreds of wounded.
The AGPS documented 753 victims among the Palestinian refugees who died by gunshot since the beginning of war events.
