The AGPS monitoring and documentation team announced that 5 Palestinian refugees from Khan Al Shieh camp died during July 2016. The refugees are: Mahmoud Omar Said, Mahmoud Saeed Mohammed (Abu Suhaib), Hassan Sobhi Saleh, Basil Yousef, and the 16-year- child Mohammed Emad Raheel. The 5 refugees died after Russian warplanes launched air strikes on Khan Al Shieh camp in Damascus Suburb, which resulted in a state of panic among residents, in addition to a number of casualties and wounded.
It should be noted that the number of Palestinian refugees from Khan Sheikh Camp who died because of the war in Syria has reached more than "180" refugees, according to the AGPS documented statistics.
