Warplanes targeted the outskirts of Khan Al Shieh camp in Damascus suburb and the adjacent farms and areas. The AGPS correspondent reported that warplanes implemented more than 6 raids that targeted the eastern outskirts of Khan Al Shieh camp and the adjacent farms, which resulted in a great damage in properties and houses.
This comes amid the escalated frequent shelling that target the camp and its vicinity with all kinds of heavy weapons, artillery, and air shelling that target the area repeatedly. Adjacent farms and areas are targeted in a daily basis with explosive barrels and artillery shells.
Meanwhile, the AGPS correspondent reported that three shells targeted Neirab camp, two of them targeted the main road and the other was dropped near the cultural center with no injuries among civilians.
The location of Neirab camp which is adjacent to the Neirab Military Airport has formed a strategic location for the conflict parties in Syria, while the camp was targeted previously with shelling and shooting which resulted in deaths among civilians. Many of its residents were killed due to participating in the war events in Syria.
